I had a phone screen before an interview with the hiring manager. During the call, they promised to contact me "one way or another". I never heard back, so I sent follow-up emails. The application portal is quite hard to navigate, but after digging around, I saw on the ninth day that my status had been updated to no longer considered. I still haven't received a courtesy email.
