The process took four weeks in total. The first round was an HR screen, which was fairly straightforward. For the second round, I was given three days to put together a deliverable on a real finance case and present it directly to a manager.

Solid process overall, nothing too crazy. I had two back-to-back 30 min interviews, one with a manager and one with a partner. Just be authentic with your answers. They might not even dig into the technicals too deep, but definitely come prepared just in case. Moves fast if you go through the uni route (about 2 weeks for me).
