I was strung along all the way to the final interview round, only to be told that a candidate pipeline for the position had already been established a month prior. The interviewer even admitted they weren't sure why this round of interviews was happening, given that a pool of qualified candidates was already lined up. It was a frustrating and disorganized experience.

process was okay. had three rounds total - one with hr, one with sales, and one with a lead. each session was pretty short, under 30 minutes, and the questions felt fair. nothing too crazy or unexpected if you actually have the skills they're looking for, you'll be fine.
